Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days. Standard shipping is a flat $6.95, and shipping is free on orders over $75. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your box is on its way. We currently ship within the United States.
Returns & guarantee
We stand behind every box with a 30-day happiness guarantee. If your box arrives damaged or something isn’t right, email support@findyourloot.store within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Because of the surprise nature of mystery boxes, we’re unable to accept returns simply because of the items received — but we’re always happy to make things right.
